Join this comprehensive CLOY tour with a visit to Lauterbrunnen and its waterfalls.

1Pier Crash Landing on You
1. CLOY Pier Iseltwald: The guide will drop you off as close as possible to the CLOY Pier in Iseltwald. Note that the pier can be crowded, so expect some waiting time. Admission to stand on the pier is not included. You can use coins or electronic payments. The cost is 6 EUR per person.

Lake Brienz (Pass by)
2. Beach Road: While connecting to the next stop, we travel along the beach road of the lake. Very scenic at any time of the year.

3. Swans, Ducks, and Fish: At the lower end of the lake, we make a quick photo stop. See swans, ducks, and fish. Beautiful at any time of the year. Public restroom nearby.

4Lauterbrunnen
12. Arrived in Lauterbrunnen. Walk thru the village and make some pictures. You may also go direct to the Staubbach Waterfall. The guide will instruct you where to remeet.

5Staubbach Waterfall
13. At the Staubbach you may pose from below to the waterfall or hike up the steep slope and narrow track. Ask your guide what to do and what not for maximum experience.

14. Stop at the Truemmelbach Waterfalls. The guide will assist you and take care the ticket purchase. Admission is included. After Truemmelbach, there are bonus Waterfalls waiting in the end of the valley near Stechelberg.

These risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability or death.The participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accepts full personal responsibility for their own safety, health and well-being at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses or losses (including legal fees) of any kind arising out of or in any way related to any injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage or any other harm or unwanted outcome that the participant may suffer before, during or after the Activity, including but not limited to any accident such as slipping, falling or any other physical mishap. The Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever toward the participant for any harm in any circumstances. Disclosure of Medical Conditions and Other Relevant Information: The participant shall disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, medications, or any other health-related or suitability-related information that could affect their ability to safely participate in the Activity at the time of booking (or as soon as possible if the condition arises later). This disclosure allows the Company to assess suitability and decide whether to accept or decline the booking. Omitting known important information, particularly medical conditions, at booking time increases the risks to the participant and may lead to refusal of participation without compensation. The participant confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to participate with no undisclosed conditions that could be worsened by the Activity. The participant agrees to immediately inform the guide or any Company representative at any time – before, during or after the Activity – if they feel any physical discomfort (pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, unusual fatigue, etc.), any mental unease (anxiety, fear, confusion, etc.), the awkward or strange sensation, or if in their own judgment anything at all feels wrong, unsafe or potentially dangerous. Failure to immediately communicate such feelings or observations is the participant’s sole responsibility and the Company cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from such silence. Participant's Travel Insurance: The participant shall possess valid travel or and medical insurance that covers personal accidents, injuries, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and repatriation arising from participation in the Activity. The Company does not provide or substitute for such insurance. Failure to have adequate coverage is the participant's sole responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for any uninsured costs or consequences. The participant expressly waives any right to bring legal action or claim against the Company or Released Parties for any harm arising from the Activity, to the maximum extent permitted by law. After the Activity the participant is encouraged (but not obliged) to share any feedback with the guide or Company, including things they liked, suggestions for improvement, or constructive criticism. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands or causes of action brought by any third party arising from the participant’s involvement in the Activity. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By participating in any Activity with Happy Tours Switzerland, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and voluntarily accept all terms of this Liability Waiver and Release in their entirety without duress.
