Good morning ! I am a real Basque, in this food tour you will have the joy to discover Biarritz and basque specialities : chocolate, wine, sheep cheese, etc... I will show you around Biarritz and the Basque Country, with its prehistoric, very ancient and particular culture.
We start at lighthouse where we have an overview of Biarritz and the Basque Country. Then we walk to the city center. I do story telling about the architecture. In the center we spend time visiting gastronomy shops according your taste. I introduce you our basque products that you can buy at your choice. Some shops offer tasting but the cost of food is not included in the tour.
I invite you to tourist trails for gastronomy, from the highest gastromy restaurants of our region up to nice bars and gourmet shops
I am French Basque from Biarritz, I give you an authentic experience from which you will understand our unique basque culture. I welcome you with good humor so you leave Basque country wiser.

Meeting and pickup
I can pick you up at your hotel if option selected and your hotel is in the center of Biarritz
We meet by the propeller of the wrecked boat You can park you car by the lightouse for free for 1 hour 30 There are many streets around which are free The bus N11 goes for free from the center of the city to the lighthouse
We finish at Biarritz market, a traditional place to take "apéritif" before lunch There are many car parks around

Vegetarian and vegan options available The market is a traditional social life point You can take the "apéritif" there and have lunch after the tour
