The guided tour of our winery and facilities is unique for its contents and the architectural richness of our environments, as well as for the authenticity of the organic products offered. You will visit the large panoramic terrace overlooking San Giminiano, the vineyards, the underground cellars and the old oil mill where the tasting will take place.
The topics covered range from local and family history, to organic/regenerative farming and the natural winemaking processes we adopt.
You will taste three of our organic wines and EVO oil accompanied by a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts.

We will visit the company center, with its panoramic terrace overlooking San Gimignano, its vineyards, the ancient cellars dug into the tuff, and the old oil mill which today serves as a tasting room.
