Meeting and pickup
Please arrive directly at Rainforest Adventures St. Maarten – Rockland Estate. Cruise and hotel guests must arrange their own transportation. Tours depart at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes before your selected tour time for check-in.
What to expect
Stop at the mid-station for the Schooner Ride, grab an inner tube and surf down the mountain through the curves and straightaways of a specially designed track.
Then, ride the Sky Explorer toward Sentry Hill. Take in spectacular panoramic views before gearing up to fly over the mountain ridge on the Sentry Hill Zip Line.
Then comes the ultimate thrill: the Flying Dutchman, the world’s steepest zip line. Strap into your chair and launch down the mountain, dropping 1,050 feet over 2,800 feet for an unforgettable flight with St. Maarten stretching out before you.
Explore the Emilio Wilson Museum at the historic estate and discover stories of the people and history that shaped the island.
Enjoy the views and capture those only-in-St. Maarten photos before heading back with memories of an incredible day riding, sliding and flying above the island.

- Meeting & Check-In: This is a self-arrival activity for both cruise and hotel guests. Tours depart at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Please arrive directly at Rockland Estate 30 minutes before your selected tour time for check-in.
- Transportation: Transportation is not included or provided. Cruise and hotel guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the activity.
- Children: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Individual attractions have specific height and weight requirements.
- Schooner Ride: Height requirement is 42–80 in (107–203 cm). Maximum weight is 275 lbs (125 kg). The ride accommodates one guest per tube, and children must be able to hold on independently throughout the ride.
- Sentry Hill Zip Line: Guests must be 52–80 in (132–203 cm) tall and weigh between 80–275 lbs (36–125 kg).
- Flying Dutchman: Guests must be 52–80 in (132–203 cm) tall and weigh between 100–275 lbs (45–125 kg).
- Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Guests without appropriate footwear may not be permitted to participate.
- What to Bring: We recommend sunscreen and comfortable clothing suitable for an outdoor adventure. Food and drinks are not included and are available for purchase on site.
- Weather: This activity operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather. Activities may be modified or suspended when weather conditions make operation unsafe.
- Peak Season: During peak season or high-attendance days, wait times between attractions may be longer and the overall experience may take additional time.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
