If accommodation information is not provided at the time of booking, your meeting point will be Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin Grand Cayman.
Guests staying outside the pickup area may also be asked to meet directly at Cayman Falls Plaza. Your exact pickup or meeting instructions and time will be provided with your confirmation.
Please be ready at your confirmed pickup or meeting location 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Begin your adventure with convenient pickup from participating hotels and accommodations in the Seven Mile Beach area, then head to the dock and cruise across the beautiful North Sound to experience the magic of Stingray City, one of the Cayman Islands’ premier attractions! Home to some of the Caribbean’s largest southern stingrays, this is a must for your Grand Cayman getaway. Step into the crystal-clear, shallow waters of Stingray City, where the depth doesn't exceed five feet. Enjoy an unforgettable encounter as you observe majestic southern stingrays up close in their natural habitat. With clear Caribbean water all around you, there are plenty of opportunities for incredible photos and once-in-a-lifetime memories. Then climb back aboard and continue across the Caribbean waters toward Starfish Point, where the next part of your Cayman adventure awaits.

Continue your adventure at Starfish Point, a peaceful stretch of Grand Cayman known for its shallow, crystal-clear Caribbean waters and colorful cushion sea stars. Step into the warm water and observe these fascinating marine animals up close in their natural habitat, with time to enjoy the tropical scenery and capture memorable photos. It’s a relaxing change of pace after the excitement of Stingray City and another beautiful side of Cayman’s marine life. If you selected the Crystal Caves option, your adventure continues from Starfish Point toward Cayman Crystal Caves, trading turquoise Caribbean waters for the tropical forest and an entirely different side of the island.

3Cayman Crystal Caves
Available Fridays and Saturdays with the Crystal Caves option. Trade the turquoise waters of Grand Cayman for a completely different adventure at Cayman Crystal Caves, hidden beneath the tropical forest. Set out on a 1.5-hour guided tour through mesmerizing caves filled with stalactites, stalagmites and formations shaped over millions of years. Wander through this underground world as crystal-clear pools reflect the formations above, revealing a side of Cayman few visitors expect. Along the way, uncover legends of Caribbean pirates who used these caves as hidden shelters, adding mystery to this extraordinary underground world. After the caves, continue to a Caribbean beach club for free time to relax, grab a drink or enjoy something to eat at your own expense before returning to your hotel. Perfect for families and adventure seekers, it’s a fascinating contrast to your morning at sea — from swimming alongside Cayman’s marine life to exploring the natural wonders beneath the island

- Stingrays, sea stars and other marine wildlife should be observed in their natural habitat and not touched, handled, fed or removed from the water. Please follow your crew’s instructions throughout the experience.
- Water, fruit punch and pastries are included. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and additional beverages in plastic containers. Glass containers are not permitted on board.
- Guests continuing to Crystal Caves will also enjoy free time at a Caribbean beach club. Food and beverages at the beach club are not included and may be purchased directly.
- Bring a towel, sunscreen, swimsuit and comfortable clothing. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for Crystal Caves.
- This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Guests entering the water should be comfortable moving independently in the water and getting on and off the boat. Life jackets and snorkeling equipment are provided.
