As soon as your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the port to take you to our perfect location on one of the nicest beaches in the world.
We offer a full open bar, a variety of lunch options, beach chairs, palapas, and umbrellas. The Open Bar includes a wide variety of your favorite drinks and of course Tequila, Mexican Beer, and more!
Also, we offer a variety of lunch options from ceviche to tacos, and our selection of seafood platters. Vegetarian options are also available!
Our location is perfect for swimming and enjoying the Caribbean Sea. Kayaks, snorkeling gear are also included!

Meeting and pickup
MEETING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Your meeting point is just outside the main exit of the Costa Maya cruise port compound.
Walk through the port shopping area and leave through the main exit. Once outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name with them before boarding.
Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point.
PICKUP TIME
Your pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time.
Please make your way to the meeting point with enough time to be ready for pickup.
CRUISE INFORMATION
Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking. If you have not provided this information, contact us as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT
Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya Port, you will receive a full refund.
Arrive at Nohoch Kay Beach Club, on the Mahahual Malecón (Avenida Mahahual), at your leisure between 9 AM and 6 PM. Transportation is not included. Present your booking confirmation at check-in.

Start your beach day your way. If you selected roundtrip transportation, meet your driver just outside Costa Maya Port for a short 10-minute ride to the beach club, giving you more time to enjoy your day in paradise. Prefer to make your own way? Choose the no-transportation option and arrive directly at the beach club in the heart of Mahahual’s beachfront boardwalk.

Settle into your guaranteed lounge chair under a palapa or umbrella and make the Caribbean yours for the day. Take a swim, grab a kayak, explore from the beach with snorkeling gear, or simply relax in the shade with a piña colada in hand and your feet in the sand. Your open bar flows throughout your stay, with margaritas, piña coladas, daiquiris, rum punch, Mexican beer, tequila, soft drinks and more. When you’re hungry, choose from a variety of lunch options including fresh ceviche, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos and more, with vegetarian options available. The rest of the day is yours — swim in the Caribbean, paddle along the coast, enjoy another cocktail or settle back under your palapa and enjoy the beach. When it’s time to return, guests with transportation will enjoy the short ride back to Costa Maya Port, while independent guests can depart directly from the beach club. Head back to your ship relaxed, refreshed and with memories of a perfect Caribbean beach day!

- Please note that the total walking time from your cruise ship to the meeting point is about 15 minutes.
- Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves, and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.
- Water Activities: Kayaks and snorkeling gear are subject to availability. Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to wind, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions.
- Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests 18 years and older. Please drink responsibly and enjoy the experience in moderation.
- What to Bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat and extra cash for optional activities, massages, rentals, gratuities or other personal purchases.
- Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Swimming: Guests using kayaks or snorkeling equipment should know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water. Children participating in water activities must be supervised by an adult.
- Accessibility: Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable/collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated. Beach access and conditions may make some areas difficult to navigate for guests with limited mobility.
