In the heart of Mahahual, settle into your guaranteed lounge chair under a palapa or umbrella and make the day your own. Swim in the Caribbean, soak up the sun, or relax in the shade with a cold piña colada in hand, while the full open bar keeps the margaritas, tequila, Mexican beer, and other favorites coming.
And this isn’t just drinks and a basic beach snack. Come hungry. Choose from freshly prepared food, including tacos, ceviche, seafood dishes, and vegetarian options, then head back to your chair and enjoy more time by the water.
There’s no packed itinerary to follow. Eat when you’re hungry, swim when you feel like it, order another drink, or stay right where you are and enjoy the beach.

Meeting and pickup
If you selected the transportation tour option:
Our driver will meet you just outside Costa Maya Port’s main access. Please look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name. Pick-up is scheduled 1 hour after your cruise ship arrives at port (earliest 9:00 AM Ship Time).
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth departure.
Please arrive to Nohoch Kay beach club at your leisure. The beach club is open from 9 AM to 6 PM
What to expect
Settle into your guaranteed beach chair under a palapa or umbrella and enjoy the day at your own pace. Swim in the Caribbean, relax in the sun, or stay in the shade while the full open bar keeps your favorite drinks coming.
When you’re ready to eat, choose from a variety of freshly prepared dishes, including tacos, ceviche, seafood, and vegetarian options. Then head back to your chair, order another piña colada, and enjoy more time by the water. Kayaks and snorkeling gear are also available subject to availability.
Guests booking the With Transportation option receive roundtrip transportation between the designated meeting point outside Costa Maya Port and the beach club. Guests booking Beach Break Only make their own way to and from the beach.
No packed schedule to follow — just plenty of time for good food, cold drinks, and a relaxing afternoon by the Caribbean before heading back to Costa Maya Port.

- Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, operations may be modified or canceled to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Water Activities: Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to wind, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions.
- Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable wheelchairs only. Vehicles are not wheelchair-adapted, and non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
