Start from Bayahibe aboard a Safari truck...
A first exotic stop in the middle of the fields where you can taste sugar cane while listening to your guide tell you about the history and working conditions of the cane cutters.
You will then go to meet the cane cutters and their families, in the villages called Batey ...
Then direction the city of Higuey, with a stop on the way at a cigar factory, enough to taste some products and discover the Dominican know-how !!
For lunch you will eat at the Indio, a very unusual place in the middle of the Dominican countryside !!
On the menu Cassava, rice, plantain… and the famous river prawns !!!
After the meal you will board a barge on the banks of the Chavon River,
Let's go for a walk on the river where you can learn local dances...
For the bravest among you, you can practice Tarzan diving hanging from a liana ...
