Nestled at an elevation of approximately 2,300 metres, the Fuji 5th Station serves as a breathtaking gateway to Japan's iconic peak, Mount Fuji. As one of the most popular starting points for climbers and hikers, this station offers a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural significance, and invigorating mountain air. Please note* From July 5th to September 10th, due to private vehicle restrictions, visitors are required to use the Fuji Subaru line shuttle bus to reach the 5th station. This departs from the Fuji 5th station car park and costs 2,500JPY per person/round trip.

- Travel between Tokyo and the Fuji area takes around two hours by car, so we have factored return travel time into the 10 - 12 hours we have allotted for the total duration of the tour. Similarly, congestion on the roads may result in longer (or shorter) travel times overall.
- Please avoid booking this tour if your evening plans are particularly time sensitive as we are unable to guarantee specific return times.
- 2. Changing weather conditions in the area do not guarantee clear views of Mt. Fuji on the day of your tour. As this is a factor out of our control, we are unable to accept refundable cancellations on the day of your tour, in addition to negative tour reviews based on the status of the weather.
