Please arrive directly at Rainforest Adventures St. Maarten – Rockland Estate at least 30 minutes before your selected tour time for check-in. Please make sure to arrive on time, as your reservation is valid for the specific time slot selected at booking.
What to expect
Board the Soualiga Sky Explorer and enjoy spectacular Caribbean views as you climb the mountainside. Stop at the mid-station for the Schooner Ride, where you’ll hop into an inner tube and surf through the curves and straightaways of a specially designed track.
Hop back aboard the Sky Explorer and continue toward Sentry Hill. After gearing up, soar across the mountain ridge on the Sentry Hill Zipline before taking on the main attraction: The Flying Dutchman, the world’s steepest zipline. Secured in a chair-style harness, descend 1,050 ft (320 m) in elevation over an exhilarating 2,800-ft (853 m) ride down the mountain.
Allow up to 5 hours to enjoy the complete experience, depending on attendance and wait times at the park. When your adventure is complete, taxis are available outside Rockland Estate and ready to take you back to the cruise port, your hotel, or your next destination.

- Long hair should be securely tied back during the adventure activities.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid only for the date and departure time selected at the time of booking. Guests arriving at a different time cannot be guaranteed admission or accommodated on another departure.
- Schooner Ride: Height 42–80 in (107–203 cm); maximum weight 275 lb (125 kg). One guest per tube, and children must be able to hold on independently.
- Sentry Hill Zipline: Height 52–80 in (132–203 cm); weight 80–275 lb (36–125 kg).
- Flying Dutchman: Height 52–80 in (132–203 cm); weight 100–275 lb (45–125 kg).
