And here we will meet our final station, a disitincive Chinese tarven nestled deep in the hutong. This intimate, warmly lit hideway celebrates huangjiu, China's ancient rice wine, traditionally brewed and carefully aged to deliver a soomth. mellow flavor with notes of rice, nuts and subtle sweetness.
