- Sands SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to inclement weather. If rain or lightning is present, then the SkyPark Observation Deck may be closed. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made in cases of inclement weather.
- If the selected timeslot is not available, travelers will be provided with an admission ticket for the nearest available timeslot to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
