Kaisen Bridge is a unique rotating bridge that connects Amanohashidate’s famous sandbar with the mainland. Crossing the bridge also provides a pleasant walking route onto the pine-covered sandbar itself.
Chionji Temple is a historic Buddhist temple located at the southern entrance of Amanohashidate, best known for enshrining Monju Bosatsu, the deity of wisdom.
