- Only original and valid tickets will be recognized at the entrances. Entry will be denied if your ticket is damaged, torn, duplicated, photocopied, or forged. Theme park operator reserve their right to take action against any person holding tickets that are suspected to be obtained by fraud or illegally
- Please scan the QR code on your ticket to enter and/or re-enter the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, and please ensure your biometrics is duly registered. Handstamps for re-entry are only available if your biometrics cannot be registered due to health or other acceptable reasons
- Keep your ticket with you at all times. You are required to produce your ticket upon request
- Strollers are available for rent at Guest Services located at Studio Plaza. The rental rates for a single stroller is priced at RM35 and RM50 for a double stroller. Cashless payment can be made at any ticketing counters at the main entrance
- This package is valid for Malaysian Citizen only with a Malaysian Identification Card. Guest are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purpose prior to park admission. In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
