- Guests who are unable to enter at their reserved time are not guaranteed admission.
- Disability certificates holders are also required to purchase regular tickets, but one caregiver is allowed free admission. Please present your disability certificate at the studio ticket counter
- Certain areas of the facility feature special effects. Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other medical concerns should consult on-site staff before entering these areas.
