Pedal deeper into the countryside along quiet village roads and discover the fascinating Cambodian noodle making process where tradition is kept alive through simple, time-honored methods. Continue on to observe the making of Krolan, a delicious traditional sticky rice snack slowly roasted in bamboo before stopping to watch skilled local artisans craft beautiful handwoven baskets using age old techniques passed down through generations. After this rich and authentic cultural experience, we cycle back to Siem Reap town.
