Meeting and pickup
- From The Airport : You will be met at the Designated Meeting Points: "baggage claim" or "Curbside, Door 11". - From Port Of New Orleans You will be met at the Terminal Area. - Once passengers clear Customs and Border Control, they will be in the passenger pick-up area of the terminal. In addition : If you're sailing with Carnival or Disney Cruise Line, you'll be at the Erato Street Terminal. If you're sailing with Norwegian Cruise Line, you'll be at the Julia Street Terminal. - Rest assured that the driver will stay in contact with you in order to guide you and facilitate your pick-up.
What to expect
1. Booking
- When you choose Boss Be Luxury Ride : you choose a reputable private car service based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Specify Details: Provide accurate information including your pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times.
- Vehicle and Service Level: The vehicle selection is made depending on the number of passengers. Please contact us for your requirements (Sedan, SUV, Minivan etc...) and any extra features or amenities you may need.
2. Pre-trip communication and preparation
- Driver Assignment and Communication: The car service will assign a professional driver (chauffeur) for your trip.
- Pre-arrival Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email or text before your scheduled pick-up with the car information and the driver name.
- Flight Tracking : For airport pickups, the service tracks your flight and adjusts the pickup time if needed.
For any delays more than 2 hours, communication is key, please stay in touch with us. Be advised we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, the driver has to respect the schedule, depending on your new estimated arrival time the person who has to pick-up you may have some delays due to traffic, or other inconveniences. We appreciate your understanding as well as your patience.
3. Pickup
- Driver Arrival: Your chauffeur will arrive at the designated pickup location punctually, often 10-15 minutes early.
