On this tour you explore the heart of the historic centre of Lisbon. By visiting the main squares and seeing the sites, seeing fabulous views from different viewpoints, exploring the oldest neighbourhood in Lisbon and one of the oldest in Europe - Alfama. Passing through the Comércio square and soaking in the view of the river right in front of it before finishing off in the iconic Chiado neighbourhood with the fancy boutique shops and historic cafés and passing by the Carmo square where the revolution ended with a final viewpoint from the Santa Justa elevator overlooking the city centre.
The meeting point is at the Praça dos restauradores right infront of the obelisk.
The finishing point is at the Praça do Carmo (Carmo square), which is about 5 minutes away from the starting point and 3 minutes from the Pedro IV square.
On this square there are several points of interest such as the restauradores obelisk, one of the oldest hotels in Lisbon, the calçateiros statue, the Gloria elevator and the Avenida da Liberdade

Another interesting point, with the São Domingos Church, the monument of the star of David and the oldest ginja shop.

A fantastic view point right below the Castle of São Jorge. Many sites are visible from here, including the Tejo river and the 25th of April Bridge. Bare in mind, walking from the previous point to here should take approximately 15 minutes.

From this view point you can see the Vasco da Gama bridge and the St. Vincent church.

Then we walk thought the oldest neighbourhood in Portugal, Alfama, exploring its narrow and winding streets.
The oldest Cathedral in Lisbon is an symbol of the city. Opposite it is also the Santo António church.
The biggest square of the Lisbon, right be the river. The grand entrance to the city coming from the river. Many points of interest here, such as the Rua Augusta Arch.
A famous street linking Praça do Comércio to Pedro IV square.
One of the most emblematic neighbourhoods of Lisbon being a boutique and theatre hub. Many famous sites such as the oldest bookshop in the world, the Camões square, the Brasileira Café with the statue of Fernardo Pessoa.
This historic square is where the carnation revolution took place with the end of the dictatorship. It also has some historic sites such as the Carmo convent and the Santa Justa elevator access.
