Starting September 29, swimming or floating in the lagoons will no longer be allowed during the Baltinache Hidden Lagoons tour.
This restriction occurs due to maintenance work and the necessary natural regeneration process of the lagoons. The measure aims to allow the ecosystem to complete its natural cycle and preserve its environmental conditions.
This decision is part of the commitment to the protection and conservation of natural resources, promoting conscious, responsible, and sustainable tourism.

We do not pick up in Ayllus. If your hotel is outside our pick-up radius, contact us to find out if we can pick you up, otherwise we will combine the meeting point in Plaza Turistur or at the agency.

1Lagunas Escondidas de Baltinache
Walk to the beginning of the trail where you can visit the 7 lagoons. Surprise yourself with the crystal clear waters of the lagoons and ask yourself how such a thing is possible in the middle of nowhere. Since March 3, 2025, you can swim in one of the lagoons.

2Cordillera de la Sal
As part of the route to the Baltinache lagoons, we pass through the Llano de la Paciencia where we have the Cordillera de Sal on one side and the Cordillera de Domeyko on the other. That road takes about 1 hour to go and then another hour to return.
