- Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety and following flying guidelines. If the flight is canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure are eligible for 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to tour departure will be 100% charged and not eligible for refund
