What to expect

First, purify your tension and unnecessary things through voice meditation and dance meditation, and prepare your mind and body.
After that, let's dance the Bon dance.

Bon dance is a traditional regional dance performed in a circle at summer festivals across Japan.
Have fun dancing and getting excited by repeating simple choreography.

1.Breathing meditation
Relax and connect with the earth.

2.Voice meditation
This is a voice meditation using the ancient Japanese mantra song "awauta".
It is said that each of the 48 sounds in the Japanese language has a spirit, and each has a different function and efficacy.
It is said that "Awauta",which uses all 48 tones,calms the mind and body.

3.Dance meditation
Adjust your body by feeling and moving inside your body.
we will feel the light inside ourselves.

4.Japanese Bon dance
Let's dance the traditional Japanese Bon-dance together in a circle.

Bon Odori is a traditional regional dance that is performed in a circle during summer festivals throughout Japan.
Have fun dancing and get excited by repeating simple choreography.
