Hello I am Alvaro and together we will begin this journey to the world of mezcal, our tour begins by heading to my picturesque town called Mitla surrounded by beautiful mountains and agaves, for my family and for me Mezcal is more than a drink, it is part of our culture, motivated to share with you my culture and our traditions, we will tour the agave fields with majestic landscape to know more of them and know why we find mezcals with different flavors, photos and laughter will not miss, after, we will go to my family's distillery to know step by step the process of elaboration and the passion with which it is made, we will conclude by tasting different varieties of mezcal along with a delicious and authentic Oaxacan food.
Throughout the tour I will be attentive to your needs, my goal is that you feel at home and make your trip through the mezcal an unforgettable memory.

Trip through the agave fields: Once we arrive at the town, we will start the tour walking through the agave fields, where the robust plants stand as guardians of the Oaxacan heritage, in a landscape surrounded by mountains, cacti and agaves, we will immerse ourselves in their history, understanding their transformation from the embrace from the earth to the nectar that adorns your glass. The photos cannot be missing.

Revealing traditions: Our journey continues at the doorstep of our family-owned mezcal distillery. The air is thick with the sweet aroma of agave, a promise of the treasures that await. Guided by me and hand in hand with the master mezcalero, you will be transported back in time to witness the ancient process that turns the humble agave hearts into the liquid gold known as mezcal. The climax of our trip comes when tasting our collection of mezcals, each with its unique character and history. As you raise your glass, the velvety liquid dances on your tongue, revealing flavors ranging from earthy to ethereal. Guided by me you will explore the nuances of each sip, a journey that awakens the senses and ignites a deeper appreciation of this remarkable elixir.

Until we meet again: As we return to our meeting point, we carry memories that will spice our hearts forever. The bonds formed, the flavors savored, and the stories shared will continue to connect us, long after the warmth of the mezcal has worn off. The journey from our meeting point to Mitla is 45 minutes, the same for the return to our meeting point. Thank you for sharing together the liquid culture of Mexico!
