Meeting and pickup
You will be picked up from the lobby of your hotel or from a designated place that is as close to your riad as possible. You should contact the activity provider to confirm the exact location and time the evening before your transfer.
What to expect
Together, we’ll step into the workshop of local women artisans, where you’ll see how wool is washed, spun, and naturally dyed before being woven into patterns passed down for generations. You’ll sit beside the artisans at their looms, learn their techniques, and weave your own small souvenir piece to take home.
After the workshop, we’ll visit a local showroom to admire the finished rugs and learn the meanings behind their designs. If one of them speaks to your heart, you’re welcome to purchase it at a fair, transparent price, with secure worldwide shipping.
