What sets this experience apart is the intimate atmosphere and the direct interaction with the chef in her own Florentine kitchen. With a maximum of only 6 guests, the class is fully hands-on and personalized, allowing everyone to actively learn traditional pasta-making techniques rather than simply watching a demonstration. Guests will prepare two different fresh pasta dishes completely from scratch and finish the experience by making a classic homemade tiramisù, enjoying an authentic taste of Tuscan hospitality in a warm local home setting.

What to expect
In this hands-on culinary experience, you will learn to roll out, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti, farfalle, bottoni, and more. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create two pasta courses along with their respective sauces, transforming them into delicious and authentic Italian dishes.
To complete the experience, we will also prepare a classic homemade tiramisù together, the iconic Italian dessert.
