You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

We will arrive 15 minutes before the pickup time agreed between you and us. We will properly identify ourselves at the hotel or airport reception so that you can recognize us in an easy and simple way. In the event that we arrange pick-up at a hotel, we will wait 20 minutes at the reception. If you do not show up, we will proceed to leave the place and the reservation will be penalized as a no-show without the right to a refund.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

From the moment you make the reservation, you will receive a quick confirmation along with some recommendations to make your trip more enjoyable. Additionally, we will always be in contact with you in case of any questions or changes required.
