Begin with a pickup from your accommodation in Tirana and head to Shkodra City, the cultural capital of North Albania.First, visit the Castle of Rozafa, where the 2,000-year-old history of the city is hidden in the walls. Wander through ancient stone walls where Illyrians, Romans, Venetians, and Ottomans once stood. Be captivated by the legend of Rozafa, a tale of sacrifice and strength that still echoes through the castle's stones. Take in panoramic vistas of Lake Shkodra, the Drin and Buna rivers, and the Albanian Alps beyond.

Next, head to the center of Shkodra city, Gjuhadol. Step into the soul of Shkodër, once home to diplomats and poets. After your free time in Shkoder, take a short drive to visit one of the most iconic bridges of Albania, Mesi Bridge. This Ottoman bridge has stood for 250 years and is renowned for its architecture, featuring 13 stone arches. It remains one of the best-preserved Ottoman bridges in Albania.
