I'll show you all the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from preparing the dough to making the different shapes of pasta. We will learn together how to prepare Tiramisu, the most famous desert in the world, following the traditional recipe. At the end of the lesson, we will sit down together at the table to enjoy the fruits of our work, accompanied by a bottle of wine. My home, located in the heart of Venice, is welcoming and full of history. I can't wait to share my passion for cooking with you!

We will study and understand the ingredients, the different uses of 00 flour and the fillings. We will prepare tagliatelle or guitar pasta and stuffed pasta together, to finish with the preparation of Tiramisu, the best known Italian dessert in the world.
At the end of the course, the preparation of homemade pasta and tiramisu will have no more secrets.
