Most wine tours in Napa are led by wine and food enthusiasts, who, while passionate about gastronomy, have no actual training or background in the field. This tour will be wholly different than anything you can find in the valley, and will be a fun blend of educational insight and wining and dining ourselves in the heart of Napa. My goal is to create an easygoing environment where you feel comfortable to ask all the burning questions you've ever had about wine and how to match it to the right kinds of foods. After all, this is about culinary enjoyment!

What to expect

Starting at a tasting room in downtown Napa, we'll make our way through a flight of wines and accompanying bites and talk through the fundamentals of wine pairing. Wine is best enjoyed in tandem with food, so we will next head to one of Napa's best restaurants to put your newfound knowledge to good use! We'll taste various wines throughout the meal to see how the pairing emphasizes and embellishes a certain food. By the end you should have a whole new perspective on eating and drinking- this is an educational experience, but it will definitely be a fun time as well! No topic is off limits and no question too basic.

Snacks and various appetizers are served alongside the flight of wines at the tasting room, but in order to save you the significant fee percentage charged by this website, anything ordered at the restaurant is the responsibility of the guest.

Tours are limited to 6 guests to allow for a more intimate and personalized experience. The start time is left open to allow for your flexibility, so please message me upon booking to secure the time that works for you! To avoid cancellation, a minimum of 2 participants is required and the time must be set 24h prior to start.
