For thousands of years, our ancestors used the cave system for dwelling, performing sacred ceremonies, and store food. Join us in this journey to the underworld. We provide the headlights, helmets, life jackets, kayaks, and an experienced guide. All geared up, the guides led you through a forest path, sharing local uses of the plants seen along the trail. At the caves entrance, the guide shares information as to the caves layout, kayaking equipment familiarization and kayak route. Here you will notice awesomely large cave entrances with a crystal-clear river flowing through them. As you paddle, you will go through a series of caves and see many formations. The guide will show you places to stop, rest, and enjoy a refreshing swim. The paddling continues through the cave systems until you arrive at the exit, where the sunlight glitters on the water and the birds can be heard singing on the river bank. What to expect

This tour will give you the opportunity to see the Ancient Ruins of Altun Ha and the caves at Nohoc Chen Park - see the mask of gods and climb to the top of the Temple, float thru the cave system led by experienced tourist guides, sightseeing natural formations, Depending on your choice to explore the Caves we use kayaks or Inner tubes , like wise it also depends on the water level and current on the tour day if kayaks can be used or only tubes. With paddle in hand and a life jacket, you are in charge of your own kayak as you take on the river, Our awesome guides are there to motivate and encourage, and help out where necessary. kayaking is an awesome family adventure if you’ve got teenage kids – the minimum age is 13 for kayaks, minimum age 5 for tubing. for guest that prefer tubes to float on while the guide, powers, the tube train, we will supply the tubes instead of kayaks, let us know when you reserve the tour.
