Welcome to my cozy nook in Livorno, my hometown. Foodies like me can indulge in the local flavors and products that I select out of this stunning coastal area. As a professional sommelier, I cherish pairing wines and beers with food, especially the most typical specialties from my area.

I will offer you an unique experience in pairing local cheeses, cured meats, honeys and much more with local wines and beer from the Livorno and Etruscan coast. All of this guided by a trained Sommelier enthusiastic about her beloved land

What to expect

I will greet you offering bites of schiacciata (a local flatbread) and Tuscan bread drizzled with drops of locally produced extra virgin olive oil. All of the above will be savored with the most prized cured meats, including soppressata, aged prosciutto, salame, and various types of local sausages. No Tuscan feast would be complete without a selection of cow, goat, and sheep cheeses (made in a local cheese-facility), especially the most typical Tuscan one: "pecorino". To add a touch of sweetness to the cheese's savory flavors, I'll provide you with a selection of honeys from local family-owned beekeepings.

Everything will be enjoyed with wines of the nearby Etruscan Coast and unique beers from well renowned local microbreweries We will finish off with a century-old herbal digestif and, if you are in the mood, with a post-meal stroll on the beach, just 7 minutes walking distance from my place
