This experience was born from the fusion of 2 passions of your guide: cycling and cheese. Indeed, a former cheese maker and passionate about cycling since a very young age, Yoann takes you in a few pedal strokes to meet the Aveyron region. On the menu are tracks and trails as far as the eye can see and meticulous pairings between our local beers and cheeses.
