The crater, one of its kinds in the world and part of the Seven Natural Wonders of World, host the rare Black Rhinoceros and many other species.
The crater supports a vast variety of the wild animals which include the heard of Wildebeest, Zebras, African Buffalo, Eland, Warthogs, Hippos, Giant African Elephants, another big draw card to this picturesque national park.
It has a dense population of African Big Cats predators which include, Lions, Cheetah, Hyena, Jackals, and the ever-elusive Leopards which sometimes requires a trained eyes to spot or sight him. Lunch at the Picnic site.
