Our tour is designed for your well-being, taking advantage of the unique nature of the region. At the same time as you get to know Santa Marta, you will do something good to your body.
You choose the times, how long you want to stay in the place (where allowed) and you will travel only in your group. We will be looking out for you even in your free time.

We will come pick you up at your place of lodging in Santa Marta at the agreed time.

You will receive a chiropractic session from our experienced chiropractor the next day after your arrival in Santa Marta. The duration depends on the problem to be solved or if it is for prevention, but normally it is 1 hour. The rest of the day is at your disposal. If you don't know Santa Marta we can still organize tours of the city for you (subject to availability and with additional cost depending on the tour).

1. Bath in the healing waters of the Costa Verde natural hot springs where you can also try mud therapy (additional cost) on your face or body. 2. Lunch (voluntary, not included in the price) 3. Stop at a viewpoint to see the mouth of the Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta into the Caribbean Sea. Start time: 9 am Additional information/recommendations: - Bring swimwear and, if possible, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent. - It is not recommended to stay more than 3 hours in the hot springs, so after 3 hours we will continue to Ciénaga to have lunch or to the viewpoint as you wish. - If you suffer from high or low blood pressure, kidney or heart problems, please consult your doctor beforehand if you can bathe in the hot springs. - The duration of the tour includes transportation time by car (approx. 1h:30).

You will spend the day in a hostel next to the quiet and beautiful beaches of Palomino. You can use the hostel facilities and relax with a massage facing the sea. Start time: 8 am Additional information/recommendations: - Bring swimwear, sunscreen and repellent. - The currents of the open sea can be strong and the waves high so you should always be careful when bathing and stay close to the shore. If you prefer, use the hostel's pool. - Massages must be reserved one day in advance and have an additional cost of 100,000 COP/h per person. - The price includes a welcome cocktail and a la carte lunch with a non-alcoholic drink. - The return to Santa Marta must be in the afternoon at 5 pm. The Santa Marta-Palomino trip is 2 hours.
