The personalized seal (hanko) is carefully created by our staff using a professional engraving machine.
Please note that this activity does not involve guests making the seal themselves.
Each seal requires approximately 30 minutes to produce.
For reservations of two or more guests, please make sure that each person selects one of the four design types in advance.
During the waiting time (about 30 minutes), you can enjoy a calligraphy experience using traditional brush and ink.
Depending on how busy it is, the production of the seal may take more than one hour.
In such cases, we will inform you of the estimated completion time, and kindly ask you to return later to pick it up at the store.
If you inform us beforehand, the kanji meaning, style, and calligraphy design can be fully customized to your preference.
