If you are staying in a hotel:
Please be present at the lobby of your hotel.
You may also call us a day before travel to confirm the time of pick up.
If your hotel is within the city center pick up is free.
For hotels located outside the city center an extra fee will be charged for pick up out of town.
For guests arriving from the cruise ship pls inform us the ships arrival & departure details and the name of the ship. We also pick up at the cruise ship port.
For guests staying out of town an extra fee applies for pick up.

- Please inform us the time of ships arrival for passengers from cruise ships who wants a customized departure and will return in the cruise ship in the afternoon.
- The departure for this tour is at 8am but can be changed to a different time until 11am depending on whats suitable to your schedule but not later than 11:00 am if you choose private tour for your group only.
For guests coming from cruise ships pls inform us the details of the ships arrival.

- snorkeling gears are not included in the rate and is for rent available in rental shops in honda bay.
