We will stop in Dattilo, a small hamlet in the Trapani area, where the largest and most renowned Sicilian cannoli on the island are made. Delicious and prepared respecting tradition; the raw material of Sicilian cannoli is ricotta obtained from sheep's milk, which is then roughly processed and seasoned with very black chocolate chips and a little sugar. The fried crust is very thin and narrow and is suitable for putting a large amount of ricotta on the ends.

Unmissable stages of an itinerary in Sicily. Erice is a small medieval village and is made up of narrow cobblestone streets. It is mainly closed to car traffic, the only way to visit it is on foot. Don't miss a visit to the Mother Church and Bell Tower, the Church of San Martino, Piazza della Loggia, the Castle of Venus, but above all you shouldn't miss a stop at a pastry shop to taste typical convent desserts.
