The Independence Palace, or Reunification Palace, is a key historical site in Ho Chi Minh City. Built in the 1960s as the Presidential residence, it became famous on April 30, 1975, when Liberation Army tanks entered, marking the end of the Vietnam War. Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon, built by the French from 1877–1880, features Roman and Gothic architecture with two 58-meter bell towers and imported red brick façades. Its stained-glass windows and spacious interior make it both a place of worship and a key cultural landmark of Saigon.
Saigon Central Post Office, built by the French from 1886–1891 near Notre Dame Cathedral, showcases Neoclassical architecture with Gothic and Renaissance influences. Its decorated façade, vaulted ceilings, and murals of old city maps make it a key historical and tourist site. After the visit, the car will return you to the hotel, ending the tour
