What to expect
One-hour cultural experience, you will spend time with a Geisha in an intimate and traditional setting. With only 200 Geishas left in Tokyo, this is a one in a life-time oppurtunity.
The experience begins with an introduction to Geisha culture and traditions. You will then enjoy a live performance of two elegant traditional dances, showcasing the refined movements and artistry that Geisha are known for.
After the performance, you will take part in a tea ceremony experience. The Geisha will demonstrate how authentic matcha is prepared and explain its cultural significance. You will also learn how to whisk and prepare matcha yourself under her guidance, gaining hands-on insight into this centuries-old tradition.
Throughout the session, there will be opportunities to ask questions and take photos, making it both an educational and memorable cultural experience.
