    Cawdor castle is a traditional castle from the late 14th century, known for its romantic architecture, including a drawbridge, turrets and battlements. Set in stunning grounds, with 3 gardens and the surrounding Cawdor big wood. Famous for its mention in MacBeth.

    In a secluded woodland setting you can find the mystical Clava Cairns, a bronze age cemetery with large cairns and standing stones. Recently became a popular pace to visit due to the outlander series.

    Culloden battlefield is a deeply moving and evocative place where the 1745 Jacobite rising, led by Bobnie prince Charlie met its tragic end when they gathered to fight the Duke of Cumberlands government forces.
