Your instructor has contributed to major TV series and films such as My Hero Academia and Lupin the Third.
During the workshop, you’ll not only learn practical digital animation techniques, but also hear real behind-the-scenes stories from professional production sites that are rarely shared with the public.

What to expect

Step into the world of anime production with a real Japanese animator!

Ever wondered how anime is made?
In this hands-on 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn the process of anime creation directly from a professional animator who runs their own animation studio.

What You’ll Use (Real Studio Tools):
・Learn the flow of anime production (storyboarding, key animation, in-between frames)
・Experience how to animate character movement (in-betweening practice)
・Hands-on digital training: work with pen tablets & PCs using CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX
・Take home your own animation: create a short, simple animation of your original character and receive the data file.
