In the heart of the Camargue regional park, between the Rhône and the Vaccarès, the Grand Ponche is located a few kilometers from Salin de Giraud. Jocelyn Cavallini and the herdsmen will be happy to make you live a unique experience and share with you their passion for the Camargue and its traditions.

What to expect
During your visit to the Grand Ponche herd you will attend the presentation of the place by the herdsman, the visit of the estate and the herd in tow, a demonstration of sorting the cattle, as well as bullfighting games in the arenas. A gardianne of bulls will be served accompanied by Camargue rice.
