What to expect

This is more than a hike, it’s a true Mexican countryside adventure. Travel from Marina Vallarta into the scenic rural landscape, exploring the authentic village of La Desembocada, where you’ll walk local streets, pass a traditional tortilla factory, a village church, and surrounding farmland before heading into a scenic single-track mountain hike toward El Ranchito.
After the hike, your reward awaits at La Dulce Vista Rancho Hotel & Villas, tucked into a lush river canyon in the Sierra Madre foothills.
