Meeting and pickup
Free pickup is available in Hanoi Old Quarter only.
Pick up time: 8:00-8:30 AM (depending on your hotel location).
Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup time.
If your hotel is outside the Old Quarter: Please wait at the Hanoi Opera House – Main Steps at 8:30 AM.
After booking, we will contact you to confirm pickup and inform you of any extra transfer fee if you prefer hotel pickup outside the Old Quarter.
Your tour guide will meet you at the designated pickup point and can be easily identified by their blue uniform.
