Free pickup is available in Hanoi Old Quarter only. Pick up time: 8:00-8:30 AM (depending on your hotel location). Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup time. If your hotel is outside the Old Quarter: Please wait at the Hanoi Opera House – Main Steps at 8:30 AM. After booking, we will contact you to confirm pickup and inform you of any extra transfer fee if you prefer hotel pickup outside the Old Quarter.
