Mekong Delta Discovery – Cai Be to Can Tho (Day 1) Begin your journey from Ho Chi Minh City to the charming riverside town of Cai Be. Upon arrival, enjoy a scenic boat ride through what remains of a once-thriving floating wholesale market on the Tien River. Witness how local trade has evolved in modern times and observe the diversity of the Mekong's lush fruit orchards—often called the “fruit basket” of southern Vietnam. Visit a local family-run workshop to see how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made Paddle through tranquil canals by sampan, soaking in the natural beauty and serenity of the Upper Mekong Delta. On Tan Phong Island, engage in a hands-on cooking experience as you help prepare a traditional Vietnamese meal After lunch, cycle along quiet village roads lined with orchards, meet friendly islanders, and visit the historical Ba Kiet Ancient House. Conclude the day with a boat ride back to Cai Be and a transfer to Can Tho City, where you will spend the night.

2Cai Rang Floating Market
Have breakfast at the hotel. You can take a leisurely boat ride to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River), then visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the most vibrant floating market in the area. Walking tour of the local noodle factory. Visit Munir Ansay Pagoda - Khmer temple, famous for its unique structure. Then, move by boat to the Con Son tourist area, visit the fruit plantation, and enjoy seasonal fruits. Have lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City.
