What to expect

Guests will begin with a warm welcome inside Oratio’s historic 14th-century wine library, meeting their sommelier and choosing their preferred wine style; sparkling, white, orange, rosé or red. They will then enjoy a curated tasting of exclusive Tuscan wines, followed by refined gourmet pairings such as vegetarian lasagna, baccalà mantecato, premium cold cuts and cheeses, selected according to the wines they chose. A special extra virgin olive oil tasting completes the experience, ending with a final toast in Oratio’s elegant and intimate atmosphere.
