To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and keep our schedule running on time, pickups are available only within the designated areas specified on the platform.
If your location is outside these areas, we’ll be happy to suggest a convenient nearby meeting point for you.
• Guests must be ready on time and wait outside their accommodation for the tour vehicle.
• The driver is only required to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, it is the guest’s responsibility to reach the tour meeting point independently.
• Please note that failure to show up on time will be considered a no-show. In such cases, changes or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• In some cases, the vehicle may not access all streets or hotel entrances. Guests must wait at the nearest designated point.
• Delays of up to 10 minutes due to traffic or weather may occur. We kindly ask for your patience.
• Guests must keep their phone/WhatsApp active for contact.
