Pick-up Policy for the Tour
• Guests must be ready on time and wait outside their accommodation for the tour vehicle.
• The driver is only required to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, it is the guest’s responsibility to reach the tour meeting point independently.
• Please note that failure to show up on time will be considered a no-show. In such cases, changes or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• In some cases, the vehicle may not access all streets or hotel entrances. Guests must wait at the nearest designated point.
• Delays of up to 10 minutes due to traffic or weather may occur. We kindly ask for your patience.
• Guests must keep their phone/WhatsApp active for contact.
• Don’t forget to bring essentials like a towel and any personal items you may need.
What to expect
Our route takes us toward the famous Canal de los Piratas — a narrow, shallow passage with crystal-clear water and soft white sand beneath your board. This historic canal was once used by pirates and traders navigating through the lagoon system, making it not just beautiful, but full of stories. As you glide inside the canal, surrounded by mangroves and silence, it feels like entering a hidden world — calm, untouched, and slightly mysterious.
We continue through the canal until we reach Laguna Mariscal, a more secluded and wild part of the lagoon, far from the usual routes. Here, the water opens up again, reflecting the sky in soft colors as the sun rises.
We enjoy a fresh breakfast right by the water, in complete tranquility — no crowds, just nature. You’ll have time to swim, float, or simply sit and take in the moment as the lagoon slowly wakes up around you.
Afterwards, we explore the area a bit more before gently paddling back, carrying that calm energy with us.
