Meeting and pickup
Pickup begins at 4:00 AM from our meeting point within a 4 km radius of the Angel of Independence.
The shuttle departs from the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel at 4:30 AM.
If you prefer, you may also arrive directly at our balloon port in Teotihuacan by 6:00 AM using your own transportation.

Meet our shuttle in front of the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel, located at the Angel of Independence roundabout. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. The shuttle leaves promptly at 4:30 AM.

Check-in & Welcome Upon arrival at our balloon port, you'll complete the check-in process and enjoy a complimentary coffee break in our comfortable waiting area while our crew prepares your flight. 2. Balloon Inflation Watch the fascinating balloon inflation process and capture unforgettable photos as you see the balloon come to life before your eyes. 3. Hot Air Balloon Flight Once the balloon is ready, you'll board after a brief safety briefing from your certified pilot. Then, it's time to take off and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Teotihuacan Valley and its iconic pyramids. Since hot air balloons travel with the wind, every flight follows a unique route, making each experience truly one of a kind. Flight duration: Approximately 40–60 minutes, depending on weather conditions. 4. Landing Your pilot will carefully select a suitable landing site while our ground crew follows the balloon throughout the flight to ensure a safe and smooth landing. 5. Traditional Toast Ceremony Celebrate your adventure with a sparkling wine toast and a traditional ballooning ceremony, honoring one of the oldest traditions in aviation. 6. Return to the Balloon Port After the ceremony, we'll return to our balloon port, where you'll receive your personalized flight certificate before concluding your unforgettable experience.

4Zona Arqueologica De Teotihuacan
Enjoy a 2-hour visit to the Teotihuacan Archaeological Zone, beginning with a guided introduction to the history and significance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, enjoy free time to explore the iconic Pyramids of the Sun and Moon at your own pace. After your visit, your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point to take you back to Mexico City.
