Mayu, the native sake sommelier of the culture, who lived and worked in Spain and author of the book "The World of Sake (Editorial Planeta 2023)", explains what sake is focused on how to enjoy it;
-how to taste sake
-combination with dishes,
-operating temperature,
-glasses and ceramics,
-how to order and choose sake etc.
You will also taste 6 types of different sakes and Japanese tapas.

What's Included

Professional explanation of sake, Tasting of 6 different types of sake.
Japanese tapas from the famous Tsukiji fish market.
There is an option of kimono, if you want to try wearing kimono and do the sake tasting. (¥3000)

What to expect

Mayu, the author of the book "The World of Sake (Editorial Planeta 2023)" and founder of the Sake Master course (the only sake education in Spanish in the world), will easily explain what sake is, basic and useful information to enjoy sake.
Then tasting 6 different types of sake with Japanese tapas.
